A warmly lit psychotherapy office without any people, featuring a deep teal upholstered armchair beside a low, natural oak side table holding a neatly stacked notebook and a ceramic mug. A textured woven rug in soft gray tones grounds the scene, while a tall plant with broad green leaves softens the corner. Soft afternoon light filters through sheer white curtains, creating gentle, calming shadows on the walls. Shot at eye level with a slightly shallow depth of field so the foreground chair is in crisp focus and the background bookcase and artwork blur softly. The photographic realism and clean, modern aesthetic communicate safety, professionalism, and a grounded, welcoming atmosphere for mental health care.

My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore and address concerns related to sexual health, relationships, and overall well-being. This may include challenges with desire, communication, sexual functioning, or patterns of behavior that feel difficult to change.

I offer a thoughtful, structured approach grounded in compassion and evidence-based strategies. Together, we will work to deepen your understanding, strengthen your capacity for change, and support more stable and fulfilling connections with yourself and others.
